    Just a health PSA: it isn't such a good idea to cook stuffing JUST inside the bird. He double cooks the stuffing, which is fine. But some people leave it in the bird, and very often the stuffing won't get up to temp (165F) to kill the bacteria, so you're in danger of things like salmonella that way. PLEASE, either cook the stuffing completely separate or do what Babs did and go half and half, as long as your stuffing gets up to temp.

    Try next time putting the bird breast side up and keep a bag of ice/Ice water while it is resting and the meat comes to room temp. I brine for two days Apple cider and brown sugar, aromatics. Slow and low usually about 7-8 hours at 225. I also take my turkey out at 155-160 because of the carry over.

    Dude, I will take all the black jelly beans that you don't want. Black jelly beans are the best part of Easter, which is the only time I seem to be able to find bags of NOTHING BUT black jelly beans. Any other part of the year, I have to deal with all those inferior jelly beans. Of course, I also like Starburst jelly beans. Just plain sweet jelly beans? Blecch.

    I don’t know if you’ve already covered this on basics with Babbish or not but I would like to know the difference between using parchment paper, wax paper, and tinfoil etc. Like is there just one that I can use for everything or are they all used for very specific purposes?
