    PLS READ! I've been waking up at 4am for almost a year now ,and I can tell you ,it's not worth it . Yes, my grades did go high up an yes I was much more productive but waking up at 4am has caused me memory loss. I'VE been forgetting alot of things recently and I'm really anxious about it. One minute I'm thinking about something and the other minutes it's gone, forever. Just like that, I'm not telling you dont wake up early and get your work done but what I'm telling you is, make sure to get at least 7:30 to 8:30 hours of sleep each day. Cause if not, I'm sure you'll regret every single second of that sleep that you didint get!!!

    okay. That is low on the sleep cycle. Will never work on a developing mind like teens. They need more sleep. And most adults will give you the middle finger after 3 days when they have to get up while it's still dark outside for a couple of hours. I do see the point though, you're awake at your work and being there while it's the prime time of the day. Avoiding the early groggy feeling at work when you ain't getting anything done. I bet you got that since you sit there in the dark with sunglasses, or as you descibe it, the best part of the day when there are no messages.

    Most people just drink a fuckton of caffine products to achive the same boost in the morning though.

    That said, the dicipline you show yourself makes it a pattern witch some people need. I can see that and got several friends that got serious problems with scheduling the day after being in the army. They just could not handle the self dicipline, making them do idiotic shit like staying up all night, while they have work in the morning. Ending up in deadbeat jobs they can't seem to care about etc. Just falling further down the ladder when they have to change jobs every month due to getting fired. Then sleep all day when they get home and get missrable because they are always at work as they say themself.

    That same diciple i don't find a good thing for me, i like it loosy goosy. 6-7h one day, 10 on a saturday. As long as i do what i need to do and fix what i need to fix. No need to rush and fuck it more up.

    Oh and one more thing. As a soldier you know what lack of sleep does to your brain. You should also know that 6-7h is recommended for anyone between 25-60. The rest is recommended 7-8. So why cut it this far down? I can't fall asleep within 5min every day, so if you mess up you end up with 4h or less sleep during the night. Witch will make you groggy as hell when you already put everything on a time schedule like this. If your brain has a bad day and keeps you awake 30m-1h longer, you're fucked the next one aswell. I bet you feel exhausted at times if this is your daily rutine for months at a time.

    The most important hours of sleep are between 4 and 6 am. To purposefully avoid them is to sacrifice your health, unless you get to sleep earlier, WHICH YOU DON'T.

    I allways sleep 8h straight... fuck wake up early if you are zombie the rest of the day.... i go sleep in 22h wake in 6am shower breakfest and at work 7am.. i work to 15h them go home in gym and the rest of time i am free ;)

    Passing out at 11 and waking up at 4. That's barely 5 hours. That seems just on the edge of getting sleep deprived doesn't it? I think he doesn't even literally passes out at 11 since he said he goes to the gym at 10. Ive just scanned over some research saying 5hours could be the minimum but sustainable, is this something this guy believes in? Would love to get more info and perspectives on the hours of sleeps and this man's schedule

    Morning my friend. Thanks for the video. Im doing the 4.30 am wake up time challenge. Amazing. I walked for 15 minutes. Cut some weed that was growing outside. Made my wifes and my breakfast for work. Give my son hes morning tea. Jump rope a bit and its not 7 am yet. Later gonna bring thr lil guy to school. Study a bit and go to work at 9am. Finish at 6am. Like you said 6-10 pm family time.

    There are two different types of people. That’s about it. What you’re talking about is time. People are driven by a clock or their heart. MEANING! A heart beat tells you when you’re tired to go to sleep and you wake up when you’re not tired. You eat, not at 11:35 but when you’re hungry. Etc etc.
