    I wake up at about 3-4 every morning anyway. And those parts of the day are awesome. But I sleep when I can because insomniac usually after work for 1hour at 5pm. Then sleep much later up again at 3or 4 am etc. It's good but not by choice

    wow. I can go for about 3 days with 5 hours sleep a night then crash and I slept for 11 hours. :(

    so you're saying you sleep ~5 hrs per day and says everyone should do it.....well not everyone can function like that. Also research and most doctors say on average for most people, they should sleep 7-8 hrs per day.

    "Maybe it's not my fault, but what can I do about it?" This is perhaps the most powerful line I've heard in my life. I was constantly abused through out my adolescence, and I sometimes drown in my memories to the point I can't even function well for simple daily tasks. I never knew an answer for my anger and rage, until I heard him say "Maybe it's not my fault, but what can I do about it?" It's indeed not my fault that my parents are both shit, but feeling sorry for oneself is the most useless thing you can do for yourself. It's time for me to ask myself, "What can I do about this situation?"
