    You made me buy an actual A5 olive Wagyu from Shodoshima and now I can't even look at one Angus steak without complaining. Stop spoiling us Guga!
    Although I must confess it's the best steak experience any carnivore would die for. The fat melts literally into a buttery olive oil juice inside your mouth, I actually could taste the difference between the fats. 11/10 the best thing I've ever eaten.

    Frozen?! If I’m spending that money I’m going to a restaurant in japan where trusted “fresh” aged steaks r cooked by real chef! Difference should be in the aging. Slower cook and medium rare - rare cook. I wish you would get identical chefs to cook. Identical cook and I noticed that you didn’t properly cleanse your palettes before and between tastes and steaks. This lends to an uninformed palette which, while I’m entertained..leaves me feeling still undecided if even you knew in the end. A ‘blind’ taste is one thing but only an informed chef who knows what end result he wants could give you the kind of test your going for here.
