    Idk how they don't know using that canned air (aka Freon) would be awful for food safety and dangerous if used incorrectly. When the "liquid" came out, that was liquid freon. It's not just compressed air, it's a chemical propellant.

    I think tempering the chocolate would have allowed the chocolate to come out of the paper more

    you gotta keep canned air up right otherwise it sprays the liquid and it doesnt work properly, you can bend the straw though to direct it

    In stead of normal crystal sugar you should have used powdered sugar and vanilla extract with some kosher salt mix those together and then get a big bowl of peanut but (any brand you desire) and mix in the powdered sugar mix into the peanut butter it’s puffy and delicious 😋
