Any why wouldn't China build their own airplanes?? All the complicated technical work has been done by the west. All they have to do is steal what they don't already have. They are experts in that department.

China never cares about safety. China shut these planes down because of the trade war.
No free country on earth should be doing business with any communists.
This will come back to haunt the entire world soon.

Boeing and airbus will be put out of business in China by China's own.

lol at China being a leader in aviation regulation. How ridiculously absurd.
I worked on some of the 737 NextGens that Southwest traded for, from Chinese Eastern Air, in order to meet Boeing's weird contract rules. They were the worst aircraft I've ever witnessed, and certainly not flightworthy at time of receipt.
Thousands of man hours were poured into each one to bring them back up to US / FAA standards... or any common sense standards. Pretty much all ACOs and ADs were stopped the minute they were handed off to Chinese entities... no maintenance had been done at all.

Some of the most noteworthy things I saw:
    - Rats, not American rats either. One aircraft was infested with rats that had been living there for some unknown time. Everything had to be stripped because there was feces all over the electronics bay.

    - Broken human waste lines. Waste from the forward lavatory runs down into the Electronics bay. The lines on one aircraft had broken seals and there was literally human shit juice all over the entire bay. Again, nobody knows how long this was going on. There is no maintenance tracking or records keeping in China, evidently.

    - A 1" hole in the cockpit floor that appears to have been done by a soldering iron or heat gun. that somebody forgot about They installed the copilot seat over it and called it good. Bear in mind, the space underneath is not pressurized.

    - An entire screw driver set left in the nose wheel well. There's some Junction boxes and windows to access pass-throughs for cabling up to the cockpit on the sides. In one of these, I found an entire screw driver set.
Finding tools in general was very common, but an entire screw driver set in a location where they could easily get stuck in wheel mechanism and/or junction box is shocking. I guess Chinese electricians use these wooden deals with a hole through it to run wire... found them all over the place. Wish I had kept some.

    - There's a cable pass-through under the copilot's yoke with 2 bundles that pass under the center counsel over to pilot's side. Inside the pass through are 2 cable clamps. The Chinese had installed something and ran 3 wires under there without putting them in the cable clamps, or at least securing them away from the screws that hold those clamps down. On one of those lines, the screw had already ate through the insulation and was starting on the second. Who knows what happens when you short those wires to ground or eachother. Took me 2 hours to undo their work, and 10 minutes to do it right.

    - So on big aircraft like a 737, the flaps may not move uniformly. They can be adjusted to ensure they do, but apparently not in China. There are "skew sensors" to let the pilot knows things are not correct... really nothing more than a magnet. In any case, a bird came arrived its maiden delivery flight from China and pilot reported exactly that. Investigated, and discovered that not only was the skew sensor wired incorrectly, but there was a pushed pin on the fuselage side harness connection. It's hard to imagine all that happened immediately before China handed the a/c off to Southwest.

... and on and on and on ...

The current news is that Beoing is discontinuing the A380 Airbus lines, because of (1)It's just too large for most Airports, (2)Too costly in Fueling, (3)A severe lack of passenger's and transport space, and just isn't bringing in enough financial profits to actually keep it in service consistantly along with daily maintenance's.
But people are very satisfied with the A380 Airbus itself as it handle's Air Turbalance perfectly and has plenty of space and has never once crashed since being in service, as the only remaining excuses are it's just entirely too big and costly for the company itself presently-so I guess we'll just have to actually wait and see how they fully intend to compete with China and serve it's many clients sufficiently in the coming years.

And all of this report depends on the long-term viability of China's economy and I'm going to be buying any airplanes pretty soon they're going to be flat busted broke crashed to the ground and gone CCP dead.

Boeing creates civilian planes on the same frames it developed for military planes. So Boeing shareholders get dividends both ways - from military planes that threaten China and passenger planes that China buys. And they think the Chinese are stupid and will go on doing this?

Every time I see a video about People saying things about China’s issue with the outside world, it tells me they don’t know China’s main priority.

China’s number 1 priority are it’s people. That’s why they spend so much money building up cities. That’s why they always insists on companies bringing jobs into China, when you have 2billion mouths to feed, this is the only way.

Also, it appeases the people, so they do not go on strikes, making the country unproductive. Which affects other normal people, and when the mob grows bigger, the communist party falls. That’s the real China problem.

You wanna be really cool friends with a Xi Jin Ping?
Create a lot of jobs in China. He’ll be your number one Friend if you can bring in billions of jobs for China.

China's Boeing problem. With a huge fleet of Boeing aircraft, China faces the prospect that if the split between the United States and China becomes heated and rancorous enough, the US government could cut China off from spare parts, service updates, and everything else needed from the manufacturer to sustain after sales support. China's fleet of Boeing aircraft could become a total loss.
