I would disagree about the Cheddar analysis. The clothbound yeilds a much more complex taste and a fudgy texture.

So.. in order for people to have dairy, cows are forcibly impregnated with a metal rod up their cervix. They then become pregnant for 9 months (just like human mothers) and they form a very close bond with their baby, in the exact same way that human mothers do. Within 72 hours, the baby calf is taken away from the mother and this causes the cow and the baby calf extreme distress. The mother will try to follow her baby as far as she possibly can and when her baby is gone she will cry and mourn for days. She will go to the same place where she last saw her baby and cry. Then the whole process starts again when the farmers forcibly impregnate her again, and she goes through the same cycle over and over again until her body cant take it anymore, and then she is murdered. As for the calves, if it's a male calf they are killed for the veal industry and if it's a female they will live the same tragic fate as their mothers. Please be vegan, there are so many alternatives out there.

I would LOVE to hear all of these experts origins. Why did she become an expert of cheese? Where did this love of cheese come from?

These days we have achoice of Mild, Tasty and Vintage cheeses or another name is Sharp. In actuality Mild is now mild almost no flavour at all and rubbery texture, then Tasty which is really mild cheese and rubbery texture and the last being V intage and sharp are what used to be called Tasty but thy are still rubbery.

Points for announcing Gouda in Dutch!

Edit: Also whoever thought the last two cheeses match (read: whoever bought the cheeses or advised what cheeses to buy) doesn't know their cheeses AT ALL, the one on the left is your classic runny smelly french cheese, meant for after dinner, the one on the right is bog-standard 'port salut', meant for with drinks in the late afternoon, two COMPLETELY different cheeses.

And no im not even a cheese person myself, but im dutch so i guess thats how i know some basics :P
