    I'm Creek, and, Cherokee. The statistics are a bit skewed from what I've read. Natives are one percent. The suicide rate is higher than 2.5%. The rape rate is more like half from what I've read. The rate of drug and alcohol use is higher. I feel like her stats are conservative, but, I know she had help.     you could train legs more? like squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc. They're really big muscle groups so building them up would def increase metabolism
